- Net Banking: Instant payment support for 50+ major Indian commercial & private banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, etc.).
- Digital Wallets: PhonePe Wallet, Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, and Amazon Pay.
256-Bit SSL Encryption & Security
Security is our top priority. All payment transactions are protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Card transactions require mandatory two-factor authentication (3D Secure / OTP) enforced by your issuing bank. MateriGo servers do not store or process CVV numbers or card PINs.
Failed Transaction Handling & Auto-Reversal
In the event that money is debited from your bank account or UPI wallet but your order fails to generate:
Automatic Reversal: Your bank/gateway system will automatically initiate a refund reversal within 3–5 business days without requiring manual intervention.
Support Assistance: If the funds are not restored after 5 business days, please send an email to support@materigo.com with your bank statement line item or UPI URN number.
Duplicate Payment Resolution
If you are charged twice for a single order due to a network glitch or page refresh, MateriGo will verify the payment log with Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe. The excess payment will be refunded in full back to your account within 3–5 business days.
Order Confirmation & GST Invoicing
Upon successful payment completion, an instant order confirmation SMS and Email containing your tax invoice will be dispatched. Educational institutions and business buyers can download official GST invoices featuring MateriGo's GSTIN (37AZPPL8723P1ZC) and their registered GSTIN for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC).
